1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jelevo ("jelevo", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at jelevo.club (the "Website").

By accessing the Website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any service provided by jelevo in any manner whatsoever, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Definitions

• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.

• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds from a Player to their jelevo Account using an accepted payment method.

jelevo reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period stipulated in the request may result in temporary suspension of the Account pending verification, or permanent closure if satisfactory evidence is not received.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the jelevo platform, you must register an individual Account. The following conditions govern the registration and management of your Account:

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to maintain exactly one Account on the jelevo platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they are registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. jelevo will permanently close all duplicate accounts upon discovery and may forfeit any funds held within them.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. jelevo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security. 4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jelevo may at any time request that you complete a KYC verification process by submitting copies of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC. jelevo will process KYC documents promptly and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits

The following terms govern the deposit of funds into your jelevo Account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and jelevo reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

6. Withdrawals

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your jelevo Account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. jelevo does not transfer winnings to a different payment method or to an account held in a third party's name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours, subject to KYC completion and internal review. Complex cases requiring additional verification may take longer.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if your Account has not completed KYC verification, if there is an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement attached to your balance, or if jelevo has reasonable grounds to investigate the Account for prohibited conduct.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jelevo may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, referral rewards, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum odds or stake conditions stated in the individual offer terms published on the platform at the time of the offer.
• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the individual offer terms explicitly state otherwise.

• jelevo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, the Player must wager the specified multiple of the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the offer) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at varying rates — typically slots contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

8. Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jelevo reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

jelevo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Where a Player fails to complete KYC verification within the requested time frame.
• Where a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against a deposit transaction.
• Where jelevo is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order.
• Where a Player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

In the event of Account closure for a breach of these Terms, jelevo reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where it is determined that the breach involved fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of the platform, the Balance may be forfeited in its entirety. Where Account closure occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jelevo's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your jelevo Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jelevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether jelevo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jelevo does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, error, or data loss. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. jelevo will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where reasonably practicable.

14. Privacy

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by jelevo is governed by the jelevo Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of this Agreement. 15. Amendments to These Terms

jelevo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jelevo will provide reasonable notice to active Players via email or a notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. 16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jelevo holds its international operating licence. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
